Role Overview
Apply your property and community association management expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content and workflows. You will assess materials related to residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as community association operations and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated operating budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, association governance documents, and other property-management materials for accuracy and quality.
Compare AI-generated responses for financial soundness, compliance with regulations and lease terms, and operational feasibility.
Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and association board matters, then provide expert feedback.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Association Manager, HOA Manager, Leasing Manager, or in a closely related property or association management role.
Experience planning, directing, or coordinating the leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties or community associations.
Strong written English communication skills.
Work Terms
Remote, hourly engagement.
Immediate start.
Commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
Compensation
$70 to $110 per hour.
