Job description
HR Legacy Commercial seeks a capable Site Coordinator to oversee vacant properties, rehabilitation projects, and redevelopment sites. You will coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and internal teams to monitor progress, ensure safety, and maintain thorough site documentation.
The role requires an Associate degree in a related field and 3+ years of construction or property-operations experience. Travel to properties is expected, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred for advancement.
