Restoration TechnicianSERVPRO is looking for dependable, hardworking, team-oriented people to join our Restoration Team.This isn't just a job. It's an opportunity to be part of something bigger. We can teach you restoration.What we're looking for is the right attitude, work ethic, accountability, and commitment to being a great teammate.What you'll do:Work as part of a team on water, fire, mold, and other restoration projectsSet up and operate restoration equipmentPerform mitigation, demolition, cleaning, and restoration servicesCommunicate with customers, supervisors, and teammatesMaintain clean and professional job sitesTake care of company vehicles, equipment, and toolsFollow company procedures and safety standardsStep in and help wherever the team needs youWhat success looks like:You show up dependable, prepared, and ready to workYou take ownership of your responsibilitiesYou help your teammates without being askedYou communicate and solve problems instead of pointing fingersYou take pride in doing things rightYou treat customers, their property, and your teammates with respectYou are coachable and want to improveYou don't have a "that's not my job" mentalityYou understand that the team's success comes before individual creditWho thrives here:We're looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and is building something great together. Previous restoration or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
