Job description
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Property Management team, including but not limited to document preparation, filing and phone support.
Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files, including certificates of insurance.
Prepare and distribute work orders; perform follow up and close-out.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel to resolve day-to-day property issues Code invoices for manager approval.
Prepare various documents including service agreements, tenant welcome letters/memos, and purchase orders.
Assist with tenant communications and relations events.
Initiate rent collection calls and correspondence.
Manage conference room calendar/reservations.
Assist with the management of parking and amenity access controls.
Assist with property inspection forms and move in/out checklists.
Other general administrative duties as assigned by manager.
Desired Qualifications High School Diploma/GED equivalent; Associates or Bachelors' degree preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Commercial Real Estate industry experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
