We're partnering with one of the nation's leading renewable energy companies to hire a Tax Project Manager - Property Tax . This is not a traditional property tax role.
The team operates as a valuation and business advisory group, helping determine the fair market value of large-scale energy and infrastructure assets while influencing critical investment and operating decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex valuation and financial models
Analyze fair market value for energy and infrastructure assets
Support assessments, negotiations, appeals, and valuation strategies
Provide guidance on new projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives
Conduct scenario modeling xhmxlyz and ad hoc financial analysis
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting property tax
Qualifications
5+ years of property tax, valuation, appraisal, finance, or related experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Experience with DCF, income, cost, and market valuation methodologies
Ability to defend and communicate complex valuation conclusions
Interest in asset valuation, project economics, and business strategy
