Job description
Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary, seeks a Manager, Propulsion to lead the propulsion engineering group in the Insitu facility in Bingen, WA. You will direct labs, set propulsion strategy, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to drive product line success.
The role requires on-site presence (minimum 3 days/week) with hybrid options. Strong leadership, propulsion expertise, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
