About the role
As a Prospecting specialist, you play a critical role in building our North American presence and driving client relationships. You will collaborate with business development, international sales leaders, and North America leadership to develop strategies and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
Proactively engage potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and telephone to schedule on-site or virtual meetings for Sollers’ management.
Maintain CRM system data quality, evaluate existing processes, and develop new ones.
Execute telephone campaigns and invitation processes for Sollers Events.
Research and source speakers and participants to represent Sollers at selected B2B events.
Perform in-depth research on companies, individuals, market trends, and developments.
About you
You are tenacious, analytical, and adept at sparking conversations that uncover insights and opportunities. You build internal and external relationships and drive toward team wins.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in B2B business development support (sales execution/coordinator roles) with local market dynamics understanding.
Familiarity with IT consulting, especially in insurance/financial sector, and knowledge of US and Canadian P&C insurance market.
Exposure to insurance technology or Insurtech providers is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with affinity for insurance topics.
Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
Strong communication and sales abilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $34,000 – $67,000 USD annual gross. The final salary may differ based on education, experience, and location.
