Prosthodontic Dental AssistantAtlanta, GA | Full-Time | $25–$35/hour depending on experiencePosition SummaryWe are looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated Dental Assistant to become the prosthodontist's next long-term right-hand person. This is more than a traditional Dental Assistant position. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the doctor's day-to-day workflow, learning how the practice operates, anticipating clinical needs, and developing a strong working relationship with the doctor and team. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term home in dentistry and wants to develop their skills within a specialty prosthodontic practice.What You'll Get• $25–$35/hour depending on experience• Free dental care• Medical insurance stipend• Hands-on training and mentorship• Opportunity to learn prosthodontic and advanced restorative dentistry• Opportunity to become the doctor's primary right-hand assistant• Long-term position within an established practice• Stable, experienced team with strong employee retention• Opportunity to expand your dental knowledge and clinical skills• Cross-training opportunities in front-office responsibilitiesWhat We're Looking For• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn• Dependable and committed to a long-term position• Professional, personable, and patient-focused• Organized and detail-oriented• Comfortable working closely with the doctor• Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Front-office or administrative experience is a plus• Willingness to become cross-trained in both clinical and front-office responsibilitiesWhat You'll Do• Provide chairside assistance during prosthodontic and restorative procedures• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials• Anticipate the doctor's needs throughout procedures• Assist with comprehensive restorative and prosthodontic cases• Assist with crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implants, and other procedures as trained• Maintain organized and fully stocked operatories• Assist with sterilization and infection-control procedures• Take and maintain accurate clinical records• Support laboratory case coordination as needed• Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their appointments• Assist with front-office responsibilities as cross-trained• Support the doctor and team with day-to-day practice operationsThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not someone who is simply looking for their next job.
