Job description
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager for Protection and Control Engineering in a hybrid role in the New York area.
The position focuses on system event analysis, PRC-004 compliance, and leading a team of engineers responsible for relay protection design, disturbance analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering (MS preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive corrective actions
