Job description
UnitedHealthcare is hiring a Provider Advocate to serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers. The role includes resolving issues across calls and chats, navigating multiple systems, and promoting self-service tools to improve provider satisfaction.
This is a full-time 40-hour role with shifts during 10:35am–7:05pm EST, Monday–Friday. Training spans 11 weeks, conducted virtually from home, with attendance required.
