Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) seeks a Manager, Provider Compensation to lead budgeting, forecasting and benchmarking for the Medical Group. You will partner with medical and admin leaders and be the main contact for compensation issues.
This role drives market data, supports base salary reviews, develops productivity analytics, and aligns compensation plans with organizational goals. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years leadership in health care are required.
