Job description
Northern Light Health is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator II to support timely recruitment of physicians and mid-level providers for member hospitals. You will collaborate with provider recruiters to plan on-site interview itineraries and coordinate all interview logistics and travel as needed.
You will assist in onboarding, including new hire paperwork and background checks, while protecting confidential information in line with HIPAA and organizational policies.
