Provider Operations – Epic Clinical Consultant, Manager
San Francisco, CA | Full‑time | Up to 60% travel
As a Manager in the Operations Consulting team, you will lead initiatives to improve healthcare provider operations and identify strategic growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to improve healthcare provider operations
Guide teams in managing client service accounts effectively
Utilize proficiency to deliver exceptional solutions
Cultivate and maintain meaningful client relationships
Understand and adapt to healthcare regulatory changes
Drive successful client engagements and refine healthcare models
Facilitate dialogue between business, experience, and technology teams
Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Certifications: EpicCare Inpatient, Clinical Documentation, Orders, Order Transmittal, OpTime, ASAP, Healthy Planet
Experience in healthcare provider physician practice operations
Developing care coordination frameworks for improved outcomes
Designing clinical and quality aspects of health models
Managing hospital revenue cycle and billing
Understanding physician practice financial impacts
Implementing physician alignment models
Benchmarking healthcare provider performance and costs

Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$100,000 – $232,000 plus discretionary bonus. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
