Job description
Integral Health is building the operating system for integrated behavioral health. We’re seeking an experienced provider operations lead to own the launch playbook, manage the SOP library, and standardize how we implement new practices.
You’ll own systems of record, deliver regular practice scorecards, monitor enrollment and outcomes, and ensure a rapid 48-hour response window for provider questions. This is remote-first with Buffalo/ NYC options, offering base salary 85k–105k, a performance
