Job description
The Provider Outreach Coordinator will focus on growing membership by connecting with BCBAs through social media, email, text, and other digital platforms. This role requires a motivated and personable communicator who can clearly explain program value, build relationships, and maintain organized follow up. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of outreach while representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage BCBAs through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other online platforms
Communicate membership benefits clearly and persuasively
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective providers
Track all outreach activity and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and strategy
Attend occasional industry events or meetings as needed
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in outreach, recruiting, marketing, or provider relations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with social media and digital outreach tools
Organized, personable, and able to manage follow up effectively
Interest in behavioral health or ABA is a plus

Salary: $50,000-$70,000/year
