Job description
AbleLight is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to lead and supervise a dynamic behavioral services team in Missouri. You will administer and evaluate comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop individualized goals, and design data-driven behavior support plans for people we serve.
You will mentor and train staff, collaborate with the behavioral services leadership, and ensure timely documentation and reporting in line with policy. Strong communication and data skills are essential.
