We're a collaborative group practice in Conroe offering psychiatry, psychological assessments, and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. The Role
Setting: Primarily in-person with telehealth flexibility You'll assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for individuals and groups. You'll coordinate care across our interdisciplinary team, support clients through grief, crisis, and life transitions, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Active participation in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development is part of how we grow together here.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in counseling or a related field • Current Texas LPC-Associate license in good standing • Identified or willing to be assigned an LPC-S supervisor (in-house available) • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis intervention skills • Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools • EMDR, somatic, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus • Some evening and weekend availability is a plus — not a requirement
