Job description
Wisconsin Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Targeted Case Management (TCM) and Community Support Program (CSP) Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) to provide psychiatric care and medication management for participants. You will collaborate closely with the program Psychiatrist and the treatment team to conduct evaluations and optimize care plans.
Ideal candidates must have the appropriate certifications, a psychiatric background, and strong clinical and interpersonal skills. The role is office-based with some community visits.
