Job description
MLK Community Hospital seeks an RN Clinical Staff Nurse for the EmPATH unit, full-time days. The nurse delivers evidence-based, trauma-informed care to patients in psychiatric crisis within an emergency setting, performing comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, and continuous monitoring. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary collaboration, patient and family education, de-escalation, and advocacy while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
