Job description
Compass of Hope is seeking a Medical Director (PMHNP-BC or Psychiatrist) to lead our psychiatric medical services in New Hampshire. This hands-on leadership role includes maintaining a patient caseload while guiding clinical standards, medication management, and program oversight, including Spravato and GLP-1 services.
The ideal candidate will mentor PMHNPs, ensure ethical practice, and collaborate with administrative leadership.
