Job description
Harboroaks is seeking a Medical Record Specialist to maintain medical record integrity by filing, assembling, analyzing and retrieving confidential patient records in a psychiatric setting.
Responsibilities include preparing and assembling records, organizing for accuracy, and processing requests while complying with storage procedures and policies. A high school diploma and 3+ years in a psychiatric environment are required; RHIT or RHIA is preferred.
