Job description
Harboroaks is seeking a Medical Record Specialist to support the Medical Records department in a psychiatric setting. You will prepare and assemble records, organize and analyze for accuracy, and maintain chart control in accordance with policy and procedures.
The role involves pulling charts for audits, HBIPS processing, and routine storage duties, with a focus on data integrity and patient safety. RHIT/RHIA preferred; HS diploma required; 3+ years of relevant experience recommended.
