Job description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care within our integrated behavioral health system.
Focus on urgent psychiatric evaluations for adults 18+, and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment. The role emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based care, coordination of admissions, transfers, discharges, and adherence to CBI policies within a 23-hour observation
