What we are looking for:
A Provider who is Passionate about our Mission and Recognition of the impact on the Healthcare Industry
Comfort working independently as well as with the Mindful team
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Experience diagnosing and treating patients with ADHD
Role:
Conduct ADHD Evaluations
On-Going Patient Management
Requirements:
PMHNP
Board Certified
Applicable Valid DEA / License
Computer Proficiency
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
