We are looking for a highly qualified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Psychiatry Department, who can help drive our vision and support our partners' patient populations. Flexible work schedule with opportunities to grow.This role may serve patients across Salt Lake County, Utah. Ideal candidates live in or near Salt Lake County or can reliably commute to serve patients throughout the area.Candidate Qualifications:Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse PractitionerMinimum 1 year of post-acute experience preferred but not requiredLicensed provider in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state licenseCandidate Responsibilities:Perform clinical assessment and appropriately manage patientsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teamOrder and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriatePerforms procedures as trained and appropriately credentialedComplete accurate and timely progress notes and admission/transfer ordersEducates patient on disease and treatment plansReport to the Director of Behavioral Health and assigned Medical DirectorBenefits:Continuing education credits reimbursementHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible scheduleLiability insurance covered by the companyE04JI802q4gp409d8qa
