Job description
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health care. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with acute and chronic psychiatric conditions in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include medication administration, crisis intervention, safety monitoring, psychoeducation, and care coordination. You will uphold regulatory standards, document accurately in the EMR, support families, and contribute to quality improvement in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
