Job description
Rushford Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks an Assistant RN Manager for Psychiatric Mental Health in Willimantic. The role supervises patient care, staff, and daily department operations to deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered care aligned with the hospital's goals.
You will oversee shifts, payroll, colleague scheduling, and staff development while ensuring a safe, therapeutic unit environment and contributing to Performance Improvement initiatives.
