Job description
CASES is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the Bronx to deliver ACT services through a mobile, multi-disciplinary team. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use, coordinating care with providers and housing services.
The role offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) with flexible work options. A strong background in community-based mental health and trauma-informed care is required.
