Job description
Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for their Intensive Outpatient Counseling program in Duluth, Georgia. The ideal candidate will provide patient care, including physical exams and healthcare planning. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, ordering lab tests, and providing education about medical issues. A valid Nurse Practitioner license is required, with preference for those experienced in substance abuse. This position requires at least 2 days per week at the facility, including possible weekend work.
