Job description
Lyra Health, Inc. seeks contract PMHNP or PA-C providers to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care for children (0–17) and adults in Holliday, MO. Providers will perform intake assessments, ongoing medication management, and coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching within Lyra’s network.
You will practice culturally responsive, patient-centered care in a connected network, with flexible scheduling and rapid access to resources and support services for patients and clinicians alike.
