Job description
Lyra Health is seeking contract nurse practitioners or certified physician assistants to provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children and adults in Conway, SC, within Lyra's contract network. You will perform intake assessments, follow-up visits, and medication management in a connected, patient-centered model.
Candidates should have PMHNP or PA-C credentials, an unrestricted license, and at least 2 years of practice. DEA license preferred; experience with minors is a plus.
