Our ideal candidate would have working knowledge of harm reduction philosophies and would be able to embody these ideas with clients.

Compassion for and an understanding of the wide variety of issues for those experiencing homelessness is a must. Trauma is an underlying issue with most of our clients and we need a candidate that has a working knowledge of trauma informed care. Our clinic operates in a shared client model so the candidate would be comfortable sharing clients with multiple practitioners.
