Aevum Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) for part-time positions. Join our dedicated team and provide in-person , patient-centered mental health care to residents of skilled nursing facilities. Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Certification in psychiatry/mental health (PMHNP-BC) is required.
Experience in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning.
Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems.
