Job description
HealthLinc in Elkhart, IN seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric and addiction medication management and to support e-consults for HealthLinc providers, promoting mental wellness and disease prevention within an integrated care team.
The NP will work closely with clinical staff, report to the Site Medical Director and Site Operations Director, and participate in patient education and documentation, quality assurance, and community outreach as required.
