Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Ade Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and patient-focused Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing clinic.
We are looking for a provider who is passionate about mental health care and enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of our clinical team while providing high-quality psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
Position Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
Provide psychiatric medication management and monitor treatment response.
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and medications.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional clinical environment.
Participate in care coordination and follow-up as needed.
Qualifications
Current Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
Prescriptive authority, as applicable.
DEA registration or ability to obtain one, if required.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered psychiatric care.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Previous psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred.
