Location and Scope
Seeking experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners for hospital-based employment opportunities in Bristol, CT and Derby, CT.
Depending on the location chosen, the Practitioner will be providing services in the outpatient clinic, IOP or with the medical floor psych consult service.
Job Description
The Practitioner provides ongoing assessment, planning, intervention, treatment, evaluation and medication management for patients seeking care for psychiatric/mental health/behavioral problems and/or substance abuse.
Schedule
Full‑time, Monday – Friday work week, no weekends and no call.
Requirements
CT License and DEA registration
Minimum of 2 years practice experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Experience with psychiatric/mental health and/or substance abuse patients
