Overview

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP position at Sound Choice Mental Health in Lacey, WA. This is an in-person office position. The provider will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and collaborative treatment planning for patients experiencing mental health challenges. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration with a team of mental health professionals in an integrative, evidence-based care setting, with a strong patient-provider relationship.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to develop integrative and individualized care.

Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medicine based on a traditional/integrative/complementary/holistic framework.

Routinely establish patient/provider therapeutic relationships and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to support patients\' mental health and overall well-being.

Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

In-person role located in Lacey, WA office.
