Job description

Practice Psychiatry in a System Designed to Support You

At My Psychiatrist, we are redesigning how modern mental healthcare works. Not by doing more—by building it right. We are a physician-led, fast-growing mental health organization bringing psychiatry, talk therapy, psychological testing, TMS & neuromodulation, SPRAVATO®, and patient operations into one integrated system designed around quality care, continuity, and human connection.

Our Lake Nona team includes board-certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, and Therapists serving patients across the lifespan—from early childhood and adolescence through adulthood and geriatric care.

This is an opportunity for a PMHNP who wants more than a traditional outpatient role. Someone who values autonomy, structure, mentorship, and the ability to grow within a high-performing clinical environment.

The Why Behind the Role

Mental healthcare works better when clinicians are properly supported. Great mental healthcare begins with clinicians who feel supported, trusted, and connected to meaningful work.

At My Psychiatrist, we’ve intentionally built an environment where Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners can focus on practicing high-quality care while being backed by strong clinical infrastructure, collaborative leadership, and systems designed to create consistency—not friction.

This role was created for clinicians who want to grow within a physician-led organization that values:

Clinical excellence

Human connection

Collaboration across disciplines

Long‑term professional growth

Operational support that allows providers to practice at a high level

Because when clinicians are supported properly, patients feel the difference.

The Role

Collaborate closely with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Psychologists, Care Coordinators, and Clinical Leadership

Maintain clinical documentation using AI‑assisted tools and modern systems

Participate in an integrated care model built around access, continuity, and patient outcomes

This is not a production‑line environment. This is a structured clinical system designed intentionally around sustainable, high‑quality care.
