Earn $125,000 to $188,000 base plus up to $45,000 in quarterly performance bonuses delivering mental health care across the lifespan on a hybrid schedule that splits your week between in-clinic days and telehealth from home, with AI copilots handling your documentation. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you'll run your own evaluations, medication management, and treatment plans in a collaborative outpatient setting. What You'll Earn + What You'll Get Base Pay: $60 to $90 per hour (depending on experience)
Performance Bonus: Up to $45,000 annual incentive potential, paid quarterly

How You'll Make an Impact Evaluate and diagnose: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients across the lifespan, in person or via telehealth
Treat and manage: Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitor effectiveness, and adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team
Educate and advocate: Provide psychoeducation and advocate for each patient's mental health needs
Deliver telehealth well: Maintain privacy, clear communication, and quality of care across virtual visits
Improve the clinic: Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and efficiency
Requirements Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with a Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization
Active New York State NP license
Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Strong understanding of HIPAA and experience using EMR systems
DEA registration preferred, or willingness to obtain
Preferred: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NYS Infection Control training
Preferred: 1+ year experience as a Psychiatric NP; bilingual English/Spanish
