We are seeking a full‑time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Los Angeles, California , with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.
This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way —with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient‑centered environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity

Qualifications
PMHNP certified
At least 1 year of independent psych Nurse Practitioner experience
Licensed in California
DEA license
Passionate about delivering high‑quality outpatient care
Values flexibility, independence, and work‑life balance
