Elmira Psychiatric Center (EPC) on the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) network is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Geneva, NY. The ACT team delivers comprehensive, community-based care in patients' homes and neighborhoods.
The role covers psychiatric assessments, psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and coordination with hospitals and county programs to support discharge planning and long-term community integration.
