Role Description: Mindful Beginnings is growing—and we’re looking to welcome Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who believe in compassionate, patient‑centered mental health care.
We offer hybrid and remote roles , giving clinicians the flexibility to work in the way that best supports their wellbeing and their clients’ needs.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health Nursing and general Nursing, with a strong foundation in psychiatric assessment and care.
Licensure and experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with appropriate certification in Psychiatry or Mental Health.
Proficiency in Mental Health Care and Psychiatric Care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.
Current New York State RN and NP licenses, and national board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or equivalent.
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to build therapeutic, trauma-informed relationships with diverse clients.
Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records; commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and ongoing professional development. xavwley
Prior outpatient psychiatric or community mental health experience is highly beneficial; experience working with adults, adolescents, or specific populations (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety, trauma) is a plus.
