Job description
Harmony, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead psychiatric assessments and provide ongoing psychopharmacological management in a collaborative outpatient setting.
You will work with in-house therapists and other Advanced Practice Providers to deliver evidence-based care, including TMS and Spravato, while maintaining precise clinical documentation and flexible scheduling where possible.
