About the Facility This inpatient facility is seeking a psychiatric Physician Associate for locum tenens APP coverage. The facility delivers structured psychiatric services to an adult population within a dedicated clinical environment. Established protocols are in place to support continuity of inpatient psychiatric care delivery throughout the coverage period.
About the Facility Location The area is home to a walkable downtown core offering a mix of dining, shopping, arts, and cultural institutions, including a performing arts center, an art museum, and a glass museum. Outdoor enthusiasts may explore the Fox River Trail, rent kayaks or paddleboards on the Fox River, or follow a self-guided two-mile loop highlighting local history and the riverfront. The region also features live entertainment venues, creative studio spaces, and access to nearby attractions including a professional football stadium and a planetarium.
About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult population, working day shifts Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management for acute adult patients within the inpatient unit. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
