Job description
As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you provide direct mental health care in an on-site setting, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based treatment. You administer and monitor medications, track patient progress, document behavioral changes, and respond to distressed patients using de-escalation and safety practices. You also educate patients and families on symptoms, treatment options, and discharge plans while supporting coping skills and treatment adherence on night shifts.
