Job description
Oregon Health Authority is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager for the Salem Campus of the Oregon State Hospital. This 100% in-person leadership position supervises nursing staff and ensures continuous patient care on a designated ward, 24/7, with responsibilities spanning hiring, evaluation, and grievance resolution.
The role requires an active Oregon RN license and substantive supervisory experience in psychiatric nursing, along with strong communication and regulatory knowledge.
