Benefits
Psychiatrist base salary: $250,000 – $260,000 plus unlimited quarterly bonus incentives

About this Role
Psychiatrist in Martinsburg, WV – approximately 20 minutes from the VA border and 30 minutes from Winchester, VA. Easy access to Washington, DC and Baltimore.
Full‑time outpatient schedule with an expectation of 14–18 patients per day.
Collaborate with a team of 3 psychiatrists, 3 PMHNPs and 11 therapists.
Required skills and attributes:
Demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior with patients, families, co‑workers, subordinates, supervisors, and department staff.
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with policies and procedures; exercise discretion when discussing patient matters.
Solid communication skills, including active listening, empathy, rapport building and patience.
Ability to provide crisis intervention as needed.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Athena EMR system, including Suki AI note‑taking.
Background and Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board certified or board eligible.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of West Virginia.
Ability to maintain licensure and comply with continuing education requirements set by applicable credentialing boards.
J1 or H1B visa sponsorship available if necessary.
