Psychiatrist – U.S. Navy (Active-Duty Medical Corps Officer)
Annual Compensation: $319,000–$333,000

Position Highlights:
$600,000 Sign-On Bonus
$59,000 Specialty Incentive Pay
$8,000 Board Certification Pay

Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive psychiatric care, including routine and emergency care, patient management, and coordination with specialists. Support operational readiness and the long-term well-being of service members in a highly respected and rewarding role.

Multiple locations across the U.S., including California, Illinois, Washington, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and more.
Minimum Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution (or ECFMG certified)
Board Certified/Board Eligible or in final year of residency
Ages 21–63
