Psychiatrist – Adult and Child & Adolescent
Faith‑based, well‑respected mental health practice seeks 2 psychiatrists – one in Adult and one in Child and Adolescent – serving South Bend, Indiana, Elkhart, or Goshen, Indiana. The practice has been providing high quality services for 60 years to their communities.

4 locations plus a 16‑bed inpatient unit
Position Details
Monday–Friday 8:00a.m.–5:00p.m.
Outpatient stays; 1‑to‑24‑hour call cover (Mon‑Thu) every 3 weeks
4 weekends a year for inpatient rounding
$250,000 annual salary plus up to $60,000 in bonuses
27 paid time off days
5 days of CME credits
NHSC loan repayment
75‑minute evaluations and 30‑minute follow‑ups
2 evaluations per day
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Conduct follow‑up visits and manage patient care plans
Provide call coverage and inpatient rounding as scheduled
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet community demand
