Job description
The Position
We are growing! MarinHealth's Behavioral Health program is looking for another Adult Psychiatrist to join our ambulatory team. Our robust behavioral health program offers a comprehensive approach to mental wellness for patients at every stage of life, and at multiple levels of care in outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and inpatient settings. We practice patient-centered, team-based care, with an exceptionally talented and collaborative, multidisciplinary team, and are proud to work with some of the Bay Area's most esteemed clinicians specializing in a variety of treatments including group and individual CBT and DBT, interventional psychiatry, and medication management. Inpatient, IOP/PHP opportunities available, if desired

Ambulatory clinic is located in the MarinHealth Novato Medical Neighborhood. IOP/PHP and IP services at MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae

The Position Requirements
M.D. or D.O.
Board certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in Psychiatry
Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
Practice evidence based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experienc
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $325,000 - $375,000. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
Competitive guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3.
Comprehensive benefits package (for employed position) including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Long Term Disability (LTD) and basic life insurance, with a voluntary life insurance option, EAP and a retirement plan with employer match.
